WHAT WE ARE ABOUT
Albany Creek Garden Club Inc. has 110 members, and we entertain anywhere from 60 to 100 members per meeting.
Members can share their flowers and foliage when they bench in our monthly competition and we have 18 different categories which are judged by QCGC qualified judges who comment and give feedback, you can win prizes at the end of the year for entries. We always gain knowledge from our Judges and their expertise! Every month we have a Plant of the Month section, and it is amazing to see what is benched.
Our monthly guest speakers speak on a range of topics from bugs, weeds, tools, fertilisers and are always passionate about their favourite topic whether it is growing roses to natives and everything in between!
Morning tea is provided by rostered members and there is always yummy homemade goodies to try with your cuppa.
Raffles and the trade table are always popular, and it is hard not to go home with something new whether as a prize or a home potted plant that you must have!
Members are encouraged to talk about their favourite topics in our Garden Segment, and this can be on any subject.
New members are welcome anytime,
we love to see a new face!
Initial Membership is $30 which includes a name badge
and $20 per year after that.
